Digital Products Only
Our shop specializes exclusively in digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped to you. After completing your purchase, you will have immediate access to your digital files (provided in PNG, JPG, and TIFF formats) via your customer account on this website and through an email download link.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
NOTICE: Because our items are digital files with immediate access, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are strictly prohibited and unavailable under any circumstances.
Please review your cart carefully before completing a purchase. However, if you have any questions or experience technical issues with your order or files, please feel free to reach out—we are always happy to help! Additionally, if you need any other type of file format for your purchase, you may ask for it through our contact page or by emailing us at tayriel.atelier@gmail.com.
Licensing & Usage Rights
When you purchase a design from our shop, you are granted a non-exclusive commercial license.
What you CAN do:

You may use the design on physical products for both personal and commercial use.

You are limited to producing a maximum of 1,000 units (lifetime sales) per purchased design. If you plan to exceed 1,000 units, you must contact the studio prior to production to negotiate different pricing and an extended license.

You may adapt or modify the digital design to suit your manufacturing needs (e.g., edit colors, remove motifs, or reposition elements).
What you CANNOT do:

You may not claim copyright ownership of the design, whether in its original state or modified.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the digital files in any way, either as-is or with modifications.

You may not sell the design as part of digital paper packs, clipart bundles, or similar digital products.

You may not use any of our items to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or for any generative AI purposes.
Portfolio, Blog, and General Website Content
The primary focus of this website is to serve as a portfolio of our textile design work. We may also feature a blog in the future. All portfolio items, blog content, and general website images are strictly for display. They may not be used for commercial purposes unless explicitly purchased through our digital shop or licensed directly through a custom commission. Under no circumstances may any image, text, or content from this website be scraped or used for AI training.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, use our contact page, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, email address, and purchase history. We use this information to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and (if you opted in) send our newsletter. Our newsletter is used exclusively to update subscribers on new prints available in the shop, new portfolio projects, blog posts, and other news regarding Tayriel's website. This studio is strictly against the use of Generative AI in the creative process. We believe that generative AI models frequently infringe on the authorial rights and copyrights of human artists, scraping hard work without consent or compensation. Furthermore, we recognize that generative AI is not a sustainable option for the future of the creative industry. We expressly forbid the downloading, scraping, or use of any of our digital products, portfolio pieces, or website content to train AI models or to generate derivative works.
